Class members will participate in learning to cook Multicultural Vegan food from: China, Germany, Middle East, Asia/Polynesia, India, Spain, Japan, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Guatemala and Greece. One class per country, decorating the tables in theme with the country dishes. Participants may bring décor they like to add to the table and even dress for the occasion.
